Lizard Systems Inc. Limited declares its commitment to implement the Compliance Policy as a part of long-term corporate strategy. Lizard Systems Inc. Limited’s Compliance function advises and ensures that our company has an appropriate framework of policies, procedures and independent assurance. Lizard Systems Inc. Limited complies with all applicable legislative and regulatory requirements of the jurisdictions where Lizard Systems Inc. Limited is presented. Lizard Systems Inc. Limited include all regulatory recommendations into corporate risk management and internal control (e.g. to prevent money laundering, bribery and fraud). Any violations of the law are not accepted by us and exceptions are not tolerated.

The Compliance Policy focuses on establishing of following primary objectives: 

  • AML Policy (Anti Money Laundering) and fraud prevention
  • ABC Policy (Anti-Bribery and Corruption) in accordance with UK Bribery Act 2010
  • FCPA (US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act)
  • KYS (Know Your Supplier) and KYC (Know Your Customer) policies
  • ensuring the cooperation with regulators in the markets where Lizard Systems Inc. Limited operate
  • accepting legal requirements in focus of corporate risk management and internal control
  • ensuring that business partners meet all legal requirements and are transparent for regulators

We implement these principles into our daily work and reserve the right to refuse the cooperation with the partners that fail to comply with the Lizard Systems Inc. Limited’s Compliance Policy or laws of the country where we operate, including but not limited to, in terms of the labour health, safety, assurance of human and employee rights, environmental protection. 

To ensure the sucessfully cooperation with our business partners and to prevent the fail or delay in the supply chain we implement the innovative risk management system, that observe the market, credit, liquidity and operational risks. In addition, we implement the contract design policy to ensure the quality and stability of the cooperation.

Furthermore we regulary review our counterparties to evaluate the exposure to money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions risks.
